WHO AM I?
I'm abby!
My name is Abby and I was raised in Minnesota. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life! I grew up playing soccer, basketball, and softball. During the winter, my family and I were big skiers and snowboarders. I went to college in Omaha Nebraska at Creighton University and graduated with a Bachelors in the Science of Nursing.
post-grad
I started my career as a nurse working night shift in a busy ER. For about 3 years I stayed in Omaha NE post grad, and then began my career as a traveling nurse. From 2022-2025 I stayed in Kansas City, MO - tried to set some roots but landed back home in Minnesota. I love working as a nurse -- but had a deeper calling to find new ways to help people.
FINDING MY
DEEPER CALLING
I began my fitness journey towards the end of college but realized I had a deeper calling to help people with their own journey. In 2022, I passed my NASM CPT and CNC certifications and spend every day helping people with their health and fitness goals. In 2023, I was named 1st Phorm's Sponsored Trainer for my hard work and passion to help others!
